Terms of Use

This text is the agreement that applies to every account holder on the Lüks Casino platform. Confirming the registration form, depositing money, placing a bet or claiming a bonus means these terms are accepted. If a clause does not suit you, do not keep the account active.

Scope of these terms

This agreement covers every section of the site: the casino lobby, slots, live casino, instant games, sports betting, the bonus page and the reward section. Three further documents form part of the same agreement: the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming and the Player Complaint Policy. All four belong to one whole.

Condition for opening an account

You must be 18 years old to open an account. The checkbox on the registration form asks for this declaration. If the declaration proves untrue, every transaction on the account is void. Checking whether online betting is allowed in your location is your own responsibility.

• Only one account is allowed per person. The same rule applies per device and per payment instrument.
• The name, phone number and email entered at registration must be yours and correct.
• An account opened with false details may be frozen; its bets may be voided and its balance held until the matter is clear.
• The account is personal; it cannot be sold, transferred or opened up for someone else to use.

Your account and login details

Registration is completed with a phone number, after which you set a password. These two details belong to you alone, and actions taken from the account are treated as your own. Change your password the moment you suspect it.

Completing phone and email verification early works in your favour. A verified contact lets us reach you about a withdrawal request, a security notice or an open complaint file. Before a withdrawal we may ask you to confirm you own the account.

Deposits and withdrawals

Balances and payments are processed in Turkish lira. Each method carries its own minimum, processing time and cap; these figures are not fixed here, they appear on the cashier screen at the moment of payment.

• Deposits must come from an instrument registered in your own name. A deposit from someone else's instrument may be returned and the account restricted.
• A withdrawal returns to the method used for deposit, as far as the provider allows.
• The balance is for play, not savings, and earns no interest. An amount deposited and withdrawn without play may require an explanation.
• A transaction can remain pending on the provider's side; if that happens you are told where it stands.

Bonus and wagering rules

Every offer carries its own terms on its card, and that wording overrides the general terms written here. The bonus package, deposit bonuses, free spins, the trial bonus and daily quests all work on this basis. A promo code must be entered before the deposit it applies to.

Bonus funds and any winnings from them stay unavailable for withdrawal until the linked wagering is complete. Taking the same offer twice, or closing the wagering with low-risk play or with bets that cancel each other out, leads to the bonus and its winnings being taken back.

Sports betting

• A bet is struck at the odds shown the moment it is accepted. If the odds move while you confirm, the slip offers the new odds, not the old ones.
• Settlement follows the official result published by the organiser. A later correction to that result carries over to the settlement.
• The stake is refunded when an event is cancelled, delayed beyond a reasonable time, when a market opened incorrectly or odds were clearly entered in error.
• Scores, clocks and statistics shown on the site are for guidance only; the official record of the event decides settlement.

Casino games

Games in the casino lobby, slots, live casino and instant games belong to the studios named on those pages. The outcome of each round is set by the studio's own generator, and once a round starts neither party can change that outcome.

If the connection drops, the tab closes or the device sleeps, the round is settled from the provider's record; an unfinished round usually waits for you when you reopen the game. A round broken by a clear technical fault is voided along with anything it paid. Demo mode costs no money and pays no money.

Prohibited behaviour

• Opening more than one account or playing on an account that belongs to someone else.
• Using bots, scripts or any automated betting tool.
• Exploiting a system error, a duplicated bonus or mispriced odds instead of reporting it.
• Opening a chargeback through a payment provider instead of a complaint file.
• Behaving aggressively towards support staff or other users.
• Using the site while under 18 or letting a child use your account.

Breaching one of these points can void bets, reverse bonuses and lead to the account being restricted or closed. Money that was deposited properly and is owed nowhere else is returned.

Changes and closing the account

These terms may change over time. The version published on the site is always the current one and applies from the moment it goes live. A change affecting a bonus already being wagered does not apply to that bonus retroactively.

You can close your account at any time; withdraw your real-money balance first, since any bonus balance is lost once the account closes. If you would rather pause than close, the limit, break and self exclusion options on the Responsible Gaming page may suit you better. A matter you disagree with belongs to the Player Complaint Policy process, not a chargeback. Holding an account requires being 18 years old.
